Our client is a well-known credit collection agency and is experiencing solid growth and rapid expansion. They provide specialized services in the acquisition and servicing of consumer debts alongside forms of financial counselling/ advice. 

This role will assist the 2IC and the Head of Risk and Compliance.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring compliance with policies, obligations, and regulations 
  • Investigating and creating appropriate outcomes on complaints received
  • Facilitating compliance with the ASIC Debt Collection Guidelines
  • External dispute resolution
  • Identifying breaches
  • Liaising with stakeholders

Candidate qualities:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in the financial services space with experience in credit collections/ complaints
  • Compliance and external dispute resolution experience
  • Proactive, disciplined, autonomous 
  • Ability to influence stakeholder actions
