Commercial Business
2-3+ years compliance experience
Our client is a well-known ASX-listed business within financial services, and property. They are a commercial business with exciting initiatives and set up for success. They are looking for a Compliance professional to join their existing team.
Main responsibilities are:
- Maintaining compliance and AFSL framework
- Reviewing and developing policies and procedures
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and developing gap analysis
- Compliance monitoring activities
- Compliance plans and obligations
- Maintaining the GRC system
- Engaging with relevant stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3+ years compliance experience
- Financial services background, ideally in funds/asset management, superannuation
- Have a curious mindset and the ability to be a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with the business
