$150k – $160k + Super + FTC
Our client is a large retail manufacturer, operating in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. They are looking for an Internal Audit Professional to support the Head of with executing end-to-end internal audit activities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide assurance on the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management processes and internal controls for the company
- Prepare quarterly audit reports and annual audit plans
- Conduct risk assessments
- Work with co-source third party service providers to deliver on assurance projects
- Stakeholder engagement with executives and branch managers
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior auditors
- Attend committee meetings
- Some travel to the different stores around Australia may be required
Candidate qualities:
- 5+ years’ experience in relevant internal audit roles
- Relevant audit qualifications
- Strong technical experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Can do attitude – can communicate and built relationships with stakeholders
